Sets the absolute value. Value must be set prior to calling QualityAnnotationSwitch.doSwitch(org.eclipse.emf.ecore.EObject). Value is reset after an invocation of QualityAnnotationSwitch.doSwitch(org.eclipse.emf.ecore.EObject).
